1. Product Authenticity & Inspection
Best Laptop Gallery specializes in genuine business-grade laptops, workstations, and high-performance ultrabooks. All units undergo rigorous hardware tests including CPU stress test, GPU benchmark, battery cycle review, and display diagnostic tests before delivery.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to revision without prior notice based on market inventory fluctuations and exchange rates.
3. Orders & Booking Deposit
For orders outside Dhaka, a standard courier security deposit (e.g. ৳500 to ৳1,000) may be required via bKash/Nagad before shipment dispatch to confirm recipient intent. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery via Cash on Delivery.
4. Warranty Service Protocol
Customers must present the official physical warranty card or digital order invoice to claim 15-day replacement or 2-year service warranty. Physical impact, water spillage, or unauthorized disassemblies void all warranty rights.
